Please take it in your time to contact an honest individual on these matters. Any bugs or cautions I am unsure of besides testing done with others. I just would like instructions on how to get started. Rather than to have to decrypt every single one. It is a sad fact, but I am asking permission to play the games on a system or console with a claim I had an original DS device before they started jail breaking and knew about certain matters, though there is no support for DS-Lite to some old systems. I was also hoping to get the system for Christmas but it sold out online and consumers bought in in the market. I know Nintendo is silent when it offers variance of support involving region or file organization for gaming consoles.

What is compatible or open source adjustment? I know there is a specific 3DS to CIA format hopefully for PC, so it is just a guess. (Organizing different files.) Basically I am looking for open source or close source emulator specifications from different versions. I want to sign up as a tester obviously knowing that I have absolutely no clue or what is recommended and help out or just be one to find purpose. I am sick of surveys and took a few regardless and scams with password zip files which are not retrievable to open. I really would like to play PokГ©mon X-Y or any games though I know it is a struggle for others with data specifications.

Or where can I get for 2017 as of current installer or what is a best build for a beginner to developer though needs to start out easy? If so, what is recommended for windows 10 64-bit? A guide on how to compile without source knowing certain files? or what is used. Though I am not sure of nightly or bleed builds knowing features were tested. ^_^ Could you help me because it is open source? Download links not apparently working.

I would like to play some games with this emulator or compile it with just replacement as a personal use.
